Welcome to the Explorers Course 2026: Surgical & Medical Management of Airway Disease in Otolaryngology. To get started, you will need to access the Whova Platform. This will allow you to review the Pre-Work On-Demand Sessions.
If you are new to the Whova App, the first step is to set up your profile. After downloading the Whova app, use the email address you registered for the course and choose a strong password. Using a different email address won’t provide access to the content. If you want to update the email you use to access Whova, please contact us at meetings@aaoallergy.org.
Existing Whova user? Double-check that it is installed on your smartphone/tablet, and log in using your existing account email and password.
Whova is the official app for the Explorers Course 2026 with features that allow you to:
- View the event Agenda and plan your schedule
- Access On-Demand and Live-Stream sessions
- Engage in Sessions Q&A and Live Polling
- Set meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect in person or remotely
- Create and converse on discussion topics in the Community Board
- Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizer

We encourage you to use all the app functions regardless of how you plan to attend. With the app you can ask questions and chat with peers. For those joining F2F, learn the latest from our exhibit partners by visiting their booths to get a better sense of what is new to support your ENT/Allergy practice.

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to December 22, 2025.
Cancellations received after December 22th, 2025 are non-refundable.
