Enhance Your AAOA Membership Experience
You’ve worked hard to develop your expertise. To enhance your AAOA membership experience, consider working towards Fellow status. The journey to Fellow status culminates in the completion of both an oral and written exam—think of it as a chance to showcase your expertise in managing allergy patients rather than a traditional exam. Embrace the opportunity to highlight your skills!
AAOA Fellows hold the highest level of membership in the AAOA. As a Fellow, you may add FAAOA to your signature, highlighting allergy as a central focus of your work in otolaryngology. Fellows also receive course access at a reduced rate.
This year, the written and oral AAOA Fellow Exams are fully online. Complete the written exam from home or your office through the AAOA Member Portal between May 1 and July 31, 2026. Take the oral exam by Zoom on September 26, 2026.
Applications can be submitted online, by email, or by mail. Learn more about the AAOA Fellow Exam deadlines and checklist.
