Room rate is $295 (plus tax) single/double occupancy. Resort Fee is reduced to $25 per room night for Explorers Attendees. Resort Fee includes:
- Unlimited basic internet access in guest rooms and resort public areas- wireless and wired
- ALL members receive an upgrade to premium speed internet access (5Mbps)
- ALL premium members receive access to in-room movies
- On-site shuttle service to Sonoma Plaza or Sonoma Golf Club

Driving Instructions
To drive from San Francisco International Airport to Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, head north on US-101. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge and continue on 101 until you reach CA-37. Take CA-37 east, then turn left onto CA-121 north towards Sonoma. Stay on CA-121 and then merge onto CA-12 west. Follow signs into Sonoma, and take a left on Boyes Blvd. The trip takes about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to December 22, 2025.
Cancellations received after December 22th, 2025 are non-refundable.
