Course Access
Welcome to the AAOA Explorers Course 2025: Surgical & Medical Management of Airway Diseases in Otolaryngology!
To get started, you will need to access the Whova Platform. This will allow you to review the 21 Pre-Work On-Demand Sessions.
If you are new to the Whova App, the first step is to set up your profile. After downloading the Whova app, use the email address you registered with when signing up in the app and choose a strong password. Once you’re signed up, you will be taken directly to the AAOA Explorers Course 2025.
Existing Whova user? Double-check that it is installed on your mobile device, and log in using your existing account email and password.
Whova is the official app for the AAOA Explorers Course 2025 with features that allow you to:
- View the event agenda and plan your schedule
- Access On-Demand and Live-Stream sessions
- Engage in Session Q&A’s and Live Polling
- Set meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect in person or remotely
- Create and converse on discussion topics in the Whova Community
- Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizer

We are excited for your participation. We encourage you to use all the app functions regardless of how you plan to attend. With the app you can ask questions and chat with peers. For those joining F2F, learn the latest from our exhibit partners by visiting their booths to get a better sense of what is new to support your ENT/Allergy practice.

Members registered for the 2025 Explorers Course earn 15% off the 2026 Explorers Course! The discount will be sent to the attendees at the conclusion of the 2025 Explorers Course.
Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to February 27th, 2025.
Cancellations received after February 27th, 2025 are non-refundable.
