The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

As a hybrid meeting, we are excited to offer both live F2F/In Person and Virtual participation.

Welcome to the the 2025 AAOA Annual Meeting. To get started, you will need to access the Whova Platform. This will allow you to review the Pre-Work On-Demand Sessions.

If you are new to the Whova App, the first step is to set up your profile. After downloading the Whova app, use the email address you registered with for the meeting when signing up in the app and choose a strong password. Once you’re signed up, you will be taken directly to the 2025 AAOA Annual Meeting.

Whova is the official app for the 2025 AAOA Annual Meeting with features that allow you to:
  • View the event Agenda and plan your schedule

  • Set meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect in person or remotely

Call For Proposals

The AAOA is seeking proposals to incorporate in the educational sessions for the 2025 Annual Meeting. You can submit ideas for didactic lectures, game-based learning sessions, panels, or something out of the ordinary! The deadline for submissions is 11:59 PM ET, Monday, January 27, 2025. Learn More

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds for paid registrations (less a 50% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to October 1, 2025.

Cancellations received after October 1, 2025 are non-refundable.
