Welcome to the 2026 AAOA Annual Meeting! To get started, you will need to access the Whova Platform. This will allow you to review the Pre-Work On-Demand Sessions.
- Pre-Work Launch: August 15, 2026
- Live In-Person & Live Streaming: Friday, September 11 – Sunday, September 13, 2026
- Post Content Access Closes: October 15, 2026
After downloading the Whova mobile app or accessing the web platform via desktop, use the email address you used to register for the meeting when signing up in the app and choose a strong password. Once you have signed up, you will be taken directly to the 2026 Annual Meeting. If you are trying to log in with an alternative email, other than the one above, you will not be recognized as an attendee. If you wish to change your email tied to your registration, please reach out to AAOA.
Existing Whova user? Double-check that it is installed on your smartphone/tablet, and log in using your existing account email and password.
Whova is the official app for the 2026 Annual Meeting with features that allow you to:
- View the event Agenda and plan your schedule
- Access On-Demand and Live-Stream sessions
- Engage in Session Q&A and Live Polling
- Set meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect in person or remotely
- Create and converse on discussion topics in the Community Board
- Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizer

We encourage you to use all the app functions regardless of how you plan to attend. With the app, you can ask questions and chat with peers. For those joining F2F, learn the latest from our exhibit partners by visiting their booths to get a better sense of what is new to support your ENT/Allergy practice.
