The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

Plus 15.2% state and local taxes, $3.00 occupancy tax per room per night and a Statutory Tourism Support Assessment of 1.75% room per night for single/double occupancy.
At check in, each guest will have the opportunity to reconfirm departure date.  Guests departing prior to that date will be assessed an early checkout fee equal to the room rate for one night.
Room rates are based on availability, and the AAOA cannot guarantee room availability.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 50% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to August 13, 2019.

Cancellations received after August 13, 2019 are non-refundable.
