The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

Explorers Course 2026: Surgical & Medical Management of Airway Disease in Otolaryngology

Focusing on surgical and medical management of airway disease in ENT, the Explorers Course 2026 will focus on the "sinus” headache, ocular manifestations of allergies and treatments beyond antihistamine eye drops, food allergy, microbiome and allergies/sinusitis, changing environment, and more. Teleheath Toolkit for Providers

The AAOA has developed a telehealth toolkit to help you better understand and apply all the new CMS rules. From Medicare, coinsurance, direct supervision, and state rules to links to the FSMS, OIG fact sheet, and telehealth technological requirements. 

CMS is considering challenges for when the patient either does not have access to realtime audio/video technology or is challenged in its use.
